These terms and conditions apply in full to My Own Concierge Santa Fe, LLC. It is the responsibility of the Client to read and understand the scope of Terms and Conditions for service for My Own Concierge Santa Fe, LLC. Your use of My Own Concierge Santa Fe, LLC constitutes your agreement to all these terms and conditions.

My Own Concierge Santa Fe, LLC cannot be held liable for services not performed related to weather, traffic, accidents.

Subject to any special terms agreed upon between My Own Concierge Santa Fe, LLC  and the Client, the Client shall pay My Own Concierge Santa Fe, LLC  all sums agreed between the Concierge and the Client for the provision of the services. Mileage is factored in at the current IRS rate and current sales tax will be added.. My Own Concierge Santa Fe, LLC  shall also be entitled to require payment prior to performance of certain services offered. Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made and documented. We accept as payment Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Venmo, PayPal, and Personal Checks.. Client's request of services from My Own Concierge Santa Fe, LLC  indicates the Client's acceptance of My Own Concierge Santa Fe, LLC Terms & Conditions.

A major credit card will be required upon request of services. Any merchandise, groceries, or other products requested by client will be charged to the clients credit card.

The Client hereby authorizes the My Own Concierge Santa Fe, LLC  to use the above information to charge his/her credit card for the goods and services and actual expenses it provides on his/her behalf. Payment by check or cash is also an option.

Expenses incurred may include, but are not limited to the following: charges from vendors, mileage, merchandise, groceries, medication, parking and any others items client request . My Own Concierge Santa Fe, LLC  shall be allowed to charge the client's credit after each transaction. If partial payment is required prior to the beginning of services, My Own Concierge Santa Fe, LLC  is authorized to charge the required deposit to the client's credit card. Upon expiration of the Client's credit card on file, it will be the Client's responsibility to update all credit card information.

When paying by check, the check will need to be written for the exact amount of the goods or services provided. A $25.00 service charge will be added for all returned checks. The credit card on file may be used for purchases of goods or services and any returned check fees may also be charged to this credit card if a check is returned for any reason.

We request a 24 hour notice if you wish to cancel your services. Services cancelled without the 24 hour notification may result in the full price of services being charged.  

If My Own Concierge Santa Fe, LLC  cannot gain access to the Client's residence or place of business, the Client will be contacted and charged the full cost of the service including any additional time and mileage for the return of goods to the third party if necessary. My Own Concierge Santa Fe, LLC  cannot be responsible for products and suppliers and/or vendors not available at the time of service provided as requested and/or scheduled by the Client. It is the Client's responsibility to prepay or arrange and assure third party acceptance of payment and third party release of goods to My Own Concierge Santa Fe, LLC . It is the Client's responsibility to assure that the goods and/or services will be ready and available for My Own Concierge Santa Fe, LLC  on the date and time My Own Concierge Santa Fe, LLC confirmed as scheduled in writing to the Client to perform the Client's requested service(s). Rescheduling the service for when the goods and/or services will be available will be billed as a new service with the same minimum 1 hour requirement for each rescheduled time also confirmed by My Own Concierge Santa Fe, LLC .

Except as otherwise prohibited by law each party shall indemnify and hold the other party harmless from all claims, actions, suits, losses, and expenses of any nature for its employers or subcontractors, breach of agreement, negligence or intentional misconduct.

We are committed to providing you confidentiality on all information provided. All personal, Credit Card and driver's license number collected by My Own Concierge Santa Fe, LLC  will be gathered only for the sole purpose of providing concierge services and billing the Client for services rendered. At no time will the collected information be disclosed to a third party except for the purpose of completing the Client's financial obligation to My Own Concierge Santa Fe, LLC  or their selected service provider. My Own Concierge Santa Fe, LLC  cannot guarantee that information transmitted through electronic mail will be secure, since electronic mail over the internet is not secure.
